ELSA Ticaret Sanayi Turizm Nakliye Pazarlama Limited Sirketi has been established in 1986. In year 2006, our sub company Zeybek Un is established. Our main products include all kind of wheat flour which is manufactured with high quality wheat under the food production permit of The Amasya Province Directorate of the T.R. Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and under the warranties of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System. Our factory located at the Merzifon Organized Industrial Zone in Amasya. Our entire production flow, starting from our laboratories up to packing and loading, is controlled by the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems of the Turkish Standards Institute (ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005). Our daily flour production, as of 2012, is 300 ton. Currently, Zeybek Un is exporting to Middle East and African Countries.
